Role Mission & Location
As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering first-line IT support to internal users, ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and workplace technology. This is an on-site position based in Lisbon, Portugal.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, analyze, and resolve first-level IT support requests.
Provide hardware and software troubleshooting and technical assistance.
Deliver support via ticketing system, phone, and remote support tools.
Document incidents and solutions accurately within the ticketing system.
Escalate complex issues to the 2nd Level Support team when required.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT support processes and procedures.
Deliver user training and guidance to improve employees' IT knowledge.
Support the planning and execution of hardware and software rollouts.
Essential Requirements
Degree, vocational training, or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Previous experience in 1st Line / Service Desk / IT Support roles.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11, iOS, and Microsoft Office applications.
Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Fluent German (written and spoken) and good English communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Nice-to-Have Requirements
Experience working with ITSM or ticketing tools.
Basic knowledge of system administration.
Experience supporting IT rollouts and workplace deployments.
Continuous improvement mindset.
Leadership potential with the ambition to grow into a Team Lead position.
