Experienced Process Automation & Integration Developer

Your Tasks
You will become a key member of our Process Automation & Integration team, playing a crucial role in designing and implementing automation solutions and system integrations across the organization.
You will work closely with IT, Data and business teams to identify automation opportunities, streamline processes and build scalable solutions using modern technologies.

Your tasks will include:
Design, develop and maintain end-to-end automation workflows
Build integrations between systems using APIs (REST, Webhooks, etc.)
Automate manual and repetitive processes across different business areas
Integrate internal and external platforms (ERP, CRM, productivity tools, etc.)
Develop custom logic using JavaScript / TypeScript or Python
Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize automation processes
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Document architectures, workflows and integration processes
Ensure best practices in security, scalability and performance
Research and implement new automation technologies (including AI capabilities where applicable)
Your Profile:
3–5 years of experience in software development, automation or system integration
Hands-on experience with automation tools such as n8n, Make, Power Automate or similar
Strong knowledge of APIs (REST), Webhooks and authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0)
Programming skills in JavaScript, TypeScript or Python
Experience working with JSON and data transformation
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
Experience working in cross-functional teams
Good communication skills
Nice to have:
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem
Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of Docker or Kubernetes
Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate Desktop)
Experience integrating platforms like SAP, Salesforce or ServiceNow
Exposure to AI-driven automation (APIs, copilots, etc.)
Knowledge of event-driven architectures
