Your Tasks
We are looking for an Experienced Business Applications Developer who loves building practical, impactful tools that make work easier. You will design and deliver full-stack applications and automation workflows that connect systems and eliminate manual effort for teams across the enterprise.
Your Responsibilities
Build and maintain full-stack business applications using modern web technologies (Node.js/TypeScript, React or equivalent)
Design and implement process automation workflows and system integrations using tools such as n8n, Make, Power Automate, or Azure Logic Apps — experience with at least one of these platforms is strongly preferred
Develop, consume, and document REST APIs and webhooks to connect internal and external systems
Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to map, optimize, and digitize workflows
Participate in solution and code reviews, ensuring quality, performance, and security standards
Manage deployment pipelines and contribute to CI/CD practices
Write clean, well-documented code and create technical documentation for solutions delivered
Support end-users and business champions during rollout and after go-live
Your Profile
3–5 years of software development experience with a focus on building business-facing applications
Solid proficiency in full-stack web development (Node.js, TypeScript, React or similar)
Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, integration patterns, and authentication mechanisms (OAuth 2.0, API keys)
Hands-on experience with at least one workflow automation platform (n8n, Make, Power Automate, Logic Apps, or similar) — this is a strong differentiator
Ability to work independently, communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders, and deliver on time
Structured, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail and a drive to eliminate manual work
Preferred
Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and/or Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID) as an added advantage
Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices: GitHub Actions pipelines, basic Kubernetes concepts, and Docker containerisation (optional but welcome)
Experience with relational or NoSQL databases and data modelling
Exposure to containerisation (Docker) and basic DevOps/CI/CD practices
Knowledge of AI-powered features or LLM integrations within business workflows
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
